The Duke: Luxury Townhomes and Flats in Old Town Alexandria’s Prestigious Historic District.

OLD TOWN ALEXANDRIA, VA—2/15/2008

Each flat includes two parking spaces and a storage unit located in the private-access underground parking garage.

“Our heritage as a custom homebuilder will definitely shine through at The Duke,” added Shultz. “Every exterior is masonry. The townhomes and flats feature period-style detailing and brick on all sides.”

The Duke is within easy walking distance of Old Town’s signature amenities, including Metro, the Potomac River, parks, Market Square, Whole Foods, and a seemingly endless array of shops, boutiques, cafés and restaurants. In addition, the Beltway and new Wilson Bridge are literally right around the corner and Reagan National Airport is less than 5 miles away.

The Duke’s Sales Center is scheduled to open in early spring.
