The Sterling at the Metro

We are happy to announce that your new homes at The Sterling at the Metro will be ready shortly. Construction on the residential tower, community building and plaza areas will be wrapping up in the next few months. We have included some recent progress photos for your viewing and hope that you enjoy watching the construction progress of your new home.

Building Construction
The exterior facades of the building are complete. The site utility work is being completed, the plaza paving work and pool installation are underway, and the landscaping installation is bringing a more natural feel to the project. We anticipate having a significant part of the project substantially complete by mid-September with work on the upper residential floors continuing until the end of the year.

Condominiums
The subcontractors are focused on finishing the custom interiors of the units. Most kitchens, bathrooms and appliances have been installed and trimmed out, and flooring is currently being laid in the hallways and individual units. We anticipate the completion of the first several floors in late fall of 2006. Penthouse Units Available
The Mayhood Company will be commencing their final release after Labor Day on the few remaining luxury 2 and 3-bedroom penthouse units, which have not been on the market this year.
