10/16/09 The Duke Announces Model Sneak Preview Tours.
Models Open to the Public Late Fall
The Duke Townhomes & Flats, the only brand new neighborhood of luxury townhomes and condominiums located in Old Town Alexandria’s prestigious Historic District, announces Model Sneak Preview Tour appointments starting this weekend.
“Prospective homebuyers have been telling us all along that they can’t wait to actually walk our finished homes. The time is now and we couldn’t be more excited,” said Laurie Shultz, Director of Sales and Marketing for Marquis Homes. “We’re offering Model Sneak Preview Tours to give people the best opportunity to get the home of their choice before we open our models to the public.”
The tours start at the Sales Center, located at 118 N. Fayette Street, and continue on site at The Duke, located along the 1300 block of Duke Street.
The Duke’s public Model Opening is scheduled for late fall. Everyone is invited to stop by the neighborhood, tour the models, enjoy light refreshments, and register to win a fabulous “Taste of Old Town” gift package.
The Duke Townhomes & Flats is bringing a whole new sense of elegance and excitement to this section of Old Town.
